Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances.

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, medical staff, and case managers, to ensure holistic client care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records relating to client progress, treatment plans, and any interactions using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed, equipping clients with coping mechanisms and support strategies.

• Engage in regular team training, supervision sessions, and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and legislative changes affecting mental health care in Washington state.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding and applying trauma-informed care principles will be essential as you navigate the complexities of each client's background and experiences. You will advocate for clients’ needs and aid them in achieving their treatment goals, ensuring that culturally competent methods are employed throughout.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in the state of Washington is required.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
\n
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a community health or mental health setting.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and mental health best practices specific to Washington state.
\n
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills are critical for this role.

• Familiarity with EHR systems is preferred.
