Business Development Associate

Our client is a growing, patient-centric home healthcare organization with locations in multiple states. We're seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to support continued growth in Georgia by developing and nurturing strong referral relationships across the state. The Business Development Associate is responsible for developing a market/territory with general sales activity, communications, and marketing of our services. The Business Development Associate will do so by calling on referral sources such as case managers, discharge planners, referral coordinators, and physicians in their perspective territory. A successful BDA will have good communication skills with the internal team, clients, and referral sources to help understand the needs and expectations of our clients and their families. Duties & Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with referral sources/community Partners Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to achieve goals and objectives Representing the company at local/regional recruiting (including nursing school, job fairs, etc.), community outreach, and marketing events Provide support and assistance to our clients throughout and beyond the onboarding process Serve as a liaison between the client and our referral source Tracking and leading the process from referral to SOC Ensure the agency adds and maintains satisfied and happy clients Maintain improvements in work performance and set goals and plans to achieve them. Maintain professional relationships with referral sources and internal/external support services Document referral account communications in CRM Education & Experience Minimum one year of experience in home health care preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
