Work Environment

This position is based onsite within the home care facility, ensuring that practitioners can provide personalized care directly tailored to each patient's needs. The work schedule for this full-time position runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to achieve excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient charts, maintain compliance with clinical protocols, and implement procedures as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
• Perform thorough assessments by analyzing patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Execute therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, and suturing while managing infections and providing exceptional wound care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications responsibly, and educate patients on managing both acute and chronic health conditions effectively.
• Foster trusting relationships with patients and coworkers, enhancing patient satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
• Remain compliant with all Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, maintaining a standard of professionalism and ethical practice.
• Engage in additional duties as required by management while contributing to a collaborative atmosphere focused on continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient demographics, addressing a wide array of healthcare needs. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations. Your capabilities in telehealth will also allow you to efficiently consult with patients through virtual channels, broadening access to care. Your interaction with patients emphasizes the importance of trust and support, ensuring they feel comfortable and empowered to discuss their healthcare journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current and valid Family Nurse Practitioner License, compliant with state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain amicable relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Experience in telehealth consultation, demonstrating proficiency in virtual healthcare delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and autonomous work environment, adapting to multiple responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a family practice or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with electronic health record systems to facilitate accurate and efficient patient care documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, especially in mentoring less experienced staff or facilitating team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 125,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
