This full-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to provide critical mental health support to clients in need. The role provides an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, in addition to a sign-on bonus for new hires.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists primarily of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. Each client is screened before joining the platform to ensure a good fit for remote therapy. This allows counselors to work with individuals who are ready to engage actively in their therapeutic journey while minimizing crises during sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Fully licensed to practice independently without supervision, with credentials such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent licensed professionals.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and support in a remote setting.

• Adeptness with technology and online therapy platforms to facilitate smooth interactions with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
