Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress and enhancing their emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals of each client, creating tailored treatment plans.

• Lead individual counseling sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing strategies aimed at fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building, allowing clients to connect and learn from shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
