ALL IN ONE Employment Services is recruiting for a prestigious New Home Developer in Miami, FL seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing real estate development company at the executive level, working directly with top decision-makers in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
About the RoleThe Executive Assistant will provide strategic administrative support to company executives, managing calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential communications, and assisting with real estate development projects.
This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meetings
Prepare reports, presentations, and development-related documentation
Coordinate with investors, contractors, and internal departments
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Support project timelines and executive operations
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
Experience in real estate, construction, or development preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business correspondence
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Professional, polished, and proactive
