Facility Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Facility Services Coordinator to support facility operations, coordinate projects, and serve as a key resource for residents, contractors, and team members within the Facility Services department. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and track facility services projects while supporting department priorities and administrative operations. Serve as the primary contact for resident requests, questions, and service needs, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Manage work orders and maintenance activities through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Support project coordination, contractor documentation, permits, compliance records, and emergency preparedness initiatives. Collaborate with multiple departments to support facility operations, construction projects, and customer service objectives. Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 / hr DOE About You Minimum of one year of experience in facility services, building operations, project coordination, or an office environment. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of facility management processes, maintenance operations, and project coordination practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using CMMS software preferred. Positive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
