Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients with varying needs, establishing rapport and maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, providing ongoing support and interventions as needed.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique goals and preferences.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and suitability for services.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and continue professional development.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current, active, unrestricted LPCC license.

• A proven track record of providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse individuals and families.

• Proficient in conducting intake assessments and utilizing electronic health record systems, including familiarity with tools such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n
