Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological health and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, in one-on-one and group settings.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, aiming to enhance patients' coping mechanisms and encourage personal growth while addressing emotional concerns.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse health care team, participating in case conferences and consultations to ensure integrated care for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for mental health emergencies and develop strategies for ongoing support.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New Jersey.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and mastery of evidence-based treatment modalities, including trauma-informed care.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with a diverse patient population.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
