Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client, employing techniques that promote engagement and healing.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Oregon state regulations, ensuring thorough records of client sessions and treatment plans.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance professional skills and improve service delivery.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers and staff members to create and implement comprehensive, multidisciplinary care plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Oregon residency licensure (LPC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Metro Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
