Using a fully remote work facility, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while remaining seamlessly connected to our supportive team. Flexibility in working hours is expected, particularly to accommodate the specific needs of our patients, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that provide community, insight, and coping strategies around mental health issues.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services when patients are faced with mental health emergencies, ensuring rapid and compassionate support.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by keeping accurate and confidential patient documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals from varied socioeconomic backgrounds and age groups seeking assistance for an array of mental health challenges. You will work with clients who experience conditions ranging from mild anxiety and stress to severe mood disorders and substance dependence. This diversity of cases will enable you to apply your skills broadly and learn from multiple perspectives in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is a mandatory requirement.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a broad patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
