Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing crisis intervention and diversion services to effectively manage clients in crisis.

• Delivering both face-to-face and telehealth services tailored to the needs of assigned consumers, ensuring they receive timely support.

• Maintaining compliance with all relevant state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA, to safeguard sensitive client information.

• Participating in clinical and interdisciplinary meetings to foster collaborative care delivery.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing training, conferences, and seminars to sustain and enhance your professional expertise.

• Ensuring licensure remains in good standing throughout employment tenure.

• Completing all necessary annual training in accordance with Life Care and DBH standards.
\n
• Providing supervision and mentoring to junior therapists and interns, contributing to their professional development.

• Offering comprehensive case management services, including advocacy and resource linkage for clients.
\n
• Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effectively engaging clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and identities.

• Participating in the on-call rotation and being available for weekend and holiday coverage, as needed.

• Conducting intake diagnostic assessments, crisis planning, and treatment planning initiatives that align with the client's recovery goals.

• Collaborating with families to monitor client progress and support treatment adherence.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records while analyzing data to develop specific treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
