Arbor Properties is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to learn new systems quickly.
Our Accounts Payable Coordinator plays an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping our communities running smoothly. You'll work with invoices, vendors, property teams, and financial information, so accuracy and organization are a must—but so is being someone who enjoys working as part of a team. This position also includes Administrative & Operational Support responsibilities. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with lunch provided.

- Learn new programs and processes quickly
- Can spot when something doesn't look quite right

- Are dependable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
- Enjoy being part of a team and helping things run smoothly
Bonus points if you've worked in accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting, property management, or a similar administrative role, but we're also interested in the right person who has the skills and is eager to learn.
