Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans based on the individual needs and challenges of clients.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering an atmosphere of growth and healing.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring adaptability to meet clients’ specific circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case discussions and consultations to enrich the care provided and implement holistic approaches.

• Keep accurate and current clinical records while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and staying informed about the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele consists of diverse individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. Counselors will be expected to cultivate a trusting and respectful rapport with clients from various backgrounds, recognizing the nuances of each personal story and utilizing culturally competent practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
\n
• At least two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients facing a variety of challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
