Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources for support.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that set forth clear goals, interventions, and timelines based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care, enhancing client support systems.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to protect client welfare.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clear communication of client progress and treatment adjustments within the team.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions or psychoeducational classes focused on building coping strategies, strengths, and resilience among participants.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
