Description What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory tests, including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology, while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, identify issues, and conduct routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures, facilitate training for new personnel, and maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a safe and tidy workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) from ASCP or AMT to be obtained within a year of your hire date.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification throughout your employment.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve under pressure.
