Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various disciplineschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate lab instruments effectively.
• Assist with specimen collection and ensure proper sample preparation as the need arises.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, onboard new staff or students, and actively contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a safe and clean working environment, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continuously maintain certification throughout your tenure with us.
