Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to perform your vital work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a passionate and collaborative team. Our work environment emphasizes flexibility, accommodating the scheduling needs of both therapists and patients to promote effective and timely care. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, using solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to execute effective interventions and monitor progress.

• Maintain and manage accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards to protect client privacy.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance service quality, and implement best practices within the team.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, guiding them on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources.

• Continuously update your knowledge and skills through professional development and awareness of the latest research and advancements in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
