Account Executive

MUSICAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES LLC

We’re growing fast here at Musical Health Technologies and are currently hiring for a number of roles, both full-time and part-time. Most positions are based in Los Angeles, but a few positions are open to telecommuters. Musical Health Technologies (MHT), a ten-year-old award-winning leader in the digital health space based in Los Angeles, California, with major clients and partners is seeking an Account Executive who drives growth and loves to close revenue generating relationships. We are a small team with a collaborative culture. You will have the opportunity to make a big difference to reach hundreds of millions of people with the therapeutic power of music. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new industry at the intersection of healthcare, music and technology, and to help shape new sales strategies. The successful candidate will work with the VP of Sales Strategy and a fabulous sales team to drive revenue of our SingFit Digital Health platform through the sale of our suite of four products. The most successful candidate will have both experience and deep connections in the senior living and long term care industry as well experience selling technology. Key Responsibilities, Depending on Qualifications, Will Include: Increasing market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships, partnerships, and strategic alliances with small to medium size providers Creating a systematic approach in identifying and sourcing deals and evaluating added value propositions while generating interest among identified targets Relaying market trends and sharing competitive intelligence to develop business strategies to VP of Sales Strategy and Executive Team Interface with Marketing and Social Media Teams to keep messaging aligned Job Qualifications Minimum five years demonstrated sales experience in the senior living or long-term care arena is essential for success in this position Experience selling technology into senior living or long-term care is highly desirable Established key contacts and existing relationships within the healthcare industry is a must Successful track record in identifying and building key relationships with small to large healthcare providers Ability to upsell new and multiple products to existing and target client bases Excellent written and verbal communication skills including large group presentations Experience in dealing with C-Suite and senior level decision makers Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to travel to in-person conferences as needed This is a full-time position that includes competitive benefits.
