Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple’s therapy sessions, focusing on shared objectives and treatment plans.
\n
• Providing specialized counseling to families addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.
\n
• Developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental wellness.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic interventions within family systems, addressing situations such as blended family dynamics, job stressors, and communication barriers.
\n
• Documenting patient interactions and progress accurately within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to inform ongoing care.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance cooperative therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with diverse patient populations, including individuals, couples, and families. You will address a variety of client concerns spanning from common issues like adjustment to life transitions and communication difficulties to more complex challenges such as medical issues and psychological trauma. Your expertise will not only contribute to individual client success but also foster improved family dynamics, helping clients achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license from the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
