Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will carry out a range of responsibilities designed to enhance clients' well-being:

• Conduct thorough assessments of couples and families to identify issues affecting their mental health and relationships.

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families with a focus on improving communication and relationship dynamics.

• Specialize in addressing a variety of challenges such as:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical/Psychological Abuse
\n
• Grief and Loss Issues

• Family Conflicts, including among siblings
\n
• Job-related Stress
\n
• Medical Issues impacting the family

• Blended family dynamics and adjustment to remarriage

• Separation and Divorce, including emotional adjustment

• Mother/Daughter Conflicts
\n
• Overcoming Communication Difficulties

In every session, your focus will be on personalizing treatment approaches that facilitate healing and create actionable plans for lasting change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient population will primarily consist of individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, allowing for a rich therapeutic experience that contributes to holistic family well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
