Office Manager

To ensure efficient office operations and provide executive support, the hybrid Office Manager will oversee daily office management tasks, coordinate executive schedules, and manage vendor relationships while fostering a welcoming workplace environment. Key responsibilities Own the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean and organized environment Provide direct administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements Partner with the People Operations team to support employee engagement activities and onboarding processes Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in office management or executive assistance Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives with calendar and travel management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
