Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building strong rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, instability, and to strategize future appointments or discharge plans when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation, including session notes and client progress reports, using electronic health record systems.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify and address clients’ initial mental health concerns.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based modalities suitable for diverse client backgrounds.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision and consultation with peers to enhance professional skills and discuss complex clinical cases.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse array of clients seeking outpatient services, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals across different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, all of whom deserve compassionate and professional care tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Valid and unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting after obtaining your degree.

• Strong familiarity with electronic health records and computer systems, including but not limited to RMS systems, Outlook, and spreadsheet applications.
\n
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive intake assessments.
\n

• Experience working with a broad range of mental health challenges.

• Previous involvement in supervising interns or new clinicians.

• Participating in community outreach or engagement initiatives related to mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, structured under a fee-for-service model. Clinicians will enjoy guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating the wait for reimbursements.
