This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of your chosen setting. While all interactions will primarily occur through virtual consultations, the LCSW will engage in regular communication with school staff, parents, and community resources to cultivate an effective support network for students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to students dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with educators and administrative staff to implement interventions that promote student well-being and academic success.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and develop safety plans for at-risk students.

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the ethical standards outlined by the National Association of Social Workers.

• Document all interactions and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management strategies and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Engage with families to provide resources and support that encourage a holistic approach to the student's mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with students facing a variety of challenges related to their mental health. You will be serving diverse populations from different cultural backgrounds and various socioeconomic statuses. This position requires an empathetic approach and an understanding of the unique challenges that may affect students, such as family dynamics, academic pressures, and social interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

• Strong expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail required for maintaining accurate documentation and tracking processes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
