Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments via secure video calls, gathering relevant information to formulate comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions leveraging your expertise to address various mental health issues.

• Utilize virtual tools for conducting mental health screenings and assessments, effectively identifying treatment needs and areas of potential growth.

• Engage clients in setting their personal goals during therapy sessions and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Maintain regular client contact, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols while being responsive to shifting circumstances and needs.

• Document session notes and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record system to track client progress and outcomes.

• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings by collaborating with other healthcare providers and sharing insights into client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families facing an array of mental and behavioral health challenges. This includes issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and more complex co-occurring conditions. Your expertise will enable you to adapt your therapeutic approach to accommodate individual client backgrounds and needs, fostering a supportive and healing environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Current, active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of counseling techniques and methodologies specific to mental and behavioral health.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to facilitate client care and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working directly with individuals facing mental health challenges, particularly in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
