Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' conditions, including reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement therapy protocols effectively based on evaluation findings and patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to improve health outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, recognizing when medical referrals or consultations are required and documenting significant changes in patient conditions.
• Oversee discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition out of therapy, providing follow-up care instructions and maintaining thorough documentation of patient interactions.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills, adhere to productivity standards, and participate actively in meetings and departmental goals.
• Assist in mentoring aspiring physical therapists by acting as a clinical instructor for students, contributing to their educational journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
