Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately diagnose conditions such as depression, anxiety, and various relational conflicts, creating well-informed treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Document all interactions and care provided to clients in their permanent medical records in compliance with legal and clinical standards, ensuring all information is meticulously recorded to support continuity of care.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services, including crisis intervention, short-term therapy, and ongoing counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining adherence to established protocols.

• Provide comprehensive case management, including triaging urgent referrals, maintaining communication with other healthcare providers, and keeping open lines of contact with clients and their families to monitor progress and address concerns.

• Regularly collaborate with psychiatrists and allied health professionals on treatment strategies and patient progress updates, ensuring a unified approach to care.

• Stay updated with the latest clinical practices and provide input into evolving departmental processes based on emerging trends or research findings.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights and best practices from your clinical experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position serves a diverse client base, including both adults and children facing a myriad of mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. The telehealth model introduces an inclusive structure, allowing individuals who may face barriers to in-person therapy—due to geographic, economic, or personal reasons—to receive vital care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a must.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining quality service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Symphony Behavioral Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and volume of caseload.
