Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work exclusively with a diverse group of carefully screened adult clients who present with low-acuity mental health concerns. All incoming clients are vetted to ensure that they are stable and prepared for counseling, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care without the challenge of severe mental health cases. Additionally, we strategically match clients with counselors based on specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a positive therapeutic alliance and successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid and fully licensed credential to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and applicants must be in good standing with the state board.

• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills are essential, as is proficiency with technology and digital communication platforms.
