Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and establish their treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic methods that address specific client concerns.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to assist clients in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment interventions through our secure EHR system.

• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Guide clients in developing coping strategies and resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population of clients who face various mental health challenges. Understanding the complexity and individuality of each case is critical. You will engage with clients combating issues such as mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance dependency, adapting therapeutic interventions to meet their cultural and personal contexts. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust is essential in creating a safe environment for open dialogue and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent credential in the state of California.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing individual and group therapy.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and a wide array of therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
