Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic rapport and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and evaluate the necessity for discharge planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, periodically reviewing and adjusting them as needed.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring all records are current and meet legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish baseline data for treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to the client’s objectives and mental health conditions.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
