Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for both individual and couple's therapy.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing diverse issues such as communication breakdowns, conflicts among family members, and emotional distress related to life transitions.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide individuals through challenges including grief and loss, job stress, physical or psychological abuse, and family dynamics.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
