Healey Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram , in Beacon, NY is seeking an experienced and energetic candidate to join our Sales Department. This employee's key role will be Sales Manager.

Details About This Position:

This position is a full-time salaried position. The schedule for this position is a daytime 8-hour shift, with evenings and weekends as needed. Base weekly salary with monthly commission

What You Will Bring to the Table:

• At least 3 years of Automotive Dealership Management Experience


• At least 5 years of Sales Management experience


• Strong computer skills on systems dedicated to the automotive industry


• Professional approach to business with excellent communication skills


• Proven, verifiable track record from previous dealership experience


• Full understanding of CRM systems and motivation of sales personnel to use the system properly.


• Must have a valid, "clean" Driver's license.

• Prior use of the CDK dealership software is highly preferred

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to evolve with the ongoing changes of the automotive industry


• Able to function effectively with our software programs


• Must maintain high customer satisfaction


• Assists the sales team with completing sales and processing orders


• Trains and Supervises sales team


• Motivates sales team and sets work schedule


• Daily involvement with the vehicle inventory, aging and vehicle turn rate


• Following company policies and procedures


• Administrative functions include complying with all paperwork requirements.
