Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Prepare crisis intervention strategies, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments, ensuring that these plans are thoughtful and actionable.

• Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner to comply with regulatory standards and facilitate efficient care delivery.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to ensure best practices in treatment.

• Collaborate effectively with team members in devising and implementing positive behavior support plans that promote client success.

• Establish strong liaisons with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and meet clients’ needs.

• Maintain transparent communication lines to meet contractual obligations and uphold the agency’s mission.

• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote initiatives and secure potential partnerships and funding.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending conferences and participating in relevant meetings to further enhance your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is essential for this role.

• Must possess an independent LMHC license as issued by the state board.
