Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and progress evaluations, developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances and mental health goals.

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to the client’s needs.

• Establish mutual therapeutic goals with clients, facilitating a collaborative and engaging therapeutic process, while systematically monitoring and documenting client progress in line with best practices.

• Provide teletherapy options, making mental health support accessible to clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate case documentation and records to fulfill legal and professional obligations, ensuring adherence to ethical best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including training sessions and workshops, to remain informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Tidemark, you will interact with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
