Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting that provides flexibility and convenience while allowing you to make impactful contributions to our clients' mental health journeys. Our support team is committed to fostering an engaging and collaborative atmosphere through regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities. Although the primary workday is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, flexibility is expected with some evening and weekend hours on a rotating basis to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, using evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families concerning mood disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle strategies to promote wellness and self-management.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress throughout the treatment process, revising treatment plans and strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based research and methodologies in the treatment of mood disorders to continually enhance care interventions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in case discussions, team-building exercises, and continued learning opportunities to enhance clinical skills and best practices in mood disorder treatment.

• Act as an advocate for our clients, promoting understanding and destigmatization of mood disorders within the community and encouraging proactive mental health initiatives.

Our client population encompasses a variety of individuals dealing with mood disorders, including, but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred, showcasing a robust understanding of treatment strategies.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT, demonstrating your ability to apply these techniques in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
