Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions to formulate personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Utilize sophisticated software to measure and document patient outcomes, ensuring evidence-based approaches are at the forefront of your patient care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes to uphold high standards of patient care and compliance with facility policies.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families, educating them about treatment goals and ongoing progress to build trust and ensure alignment of care plans.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program. Additionally, you must have a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida, with a temporary permit being acceptable during the application process. Current Basic Life Support/Healthcare Provider certification is required to ensure preparedness for both routine and emergency situations.
