Although you will have the flexibility of remote work, your engagement with the team will be facilitated via regular virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and contingency management, to conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop, implement, and continually update comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, adhering to mental health regulations and contractual obligations.

• Participate regularly in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment approaches.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention services and behavioral health interventions to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
\n
• Conduct thorough behavioral health screenings, triage assessments, and evaluations to determine individualized care pathways and appropriate service levels.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with a diverse population facing various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other psychosocial issues. Our clients come from all walks of life, and the ability to connect with individuals experiencing different backgrounds and life experiences is essential for delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California is mandatory.
