We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to our executive leadership. In this dynamic role, you will act as a trusted partner, managing a diverse mix of high-level administrative tasks and daily operations. The ideal candidate brings a seamless blend of professionalism, flexibility, and discretion, with a proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all corporate and personal matters. Responsibilities Plan, organize and manage executive calendar (resolve conflicts and protect / align time with priorities) Organize and ensure content preparedness for internal and external meetings andspecial events, including all hands, off-sites, culture events, and team building Activelyparticipatein meetings for note-taking and follow-up documentation Anticipate critical rhythm of the business initiatives Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchaseordersand procurement requisitionsin accordance withbudget and department and company-wide policies and standards and Partner with communications and public relations teams and others on company-wide and external communications Proficiently answer, screen and route internal and external correspondence, requests,subpoenasand other communications Provide back-up support for other executive assistants when needed and champion the admin community Support special projects as needed Act as a point of contact with workplace services to meet facility needs for the team Take leadership role to improve structure, efficiency, and execution of the organization Drive changes in systems,toolsand processes, andestablishand share best practices Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgement,discretionand a high degree of maturity/professionalism Apply judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no direction Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience working at a senior and/or executive administrative level with at least 3 years of experience supporting VP+ Preferred Qualifications Experience working as a trusted business partner to a c-suite level executive Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment High operational ability to execute quickly with strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills Ability to professionally interact with senior leaders andanticipatetheir needs Demonstrates ability to be proactive, take initiative, and exercise good judgment,discretionand confidentiality in all tasks Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines and handlehigh levelof ambiguity Consistently able to solve complex problems creatively after in-depth evaluation of variable factors Collaborative spirit with ability to act as a team culture steward and build relationships, mentor and work effectively across Exec Admin team at LinkedIn Demonstrates excellent understanding of how an organizationoperatesacross functions Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with cloud-based applications (SharePoint) Ability to set up and manage virtual meetings via MS Teams and Zoom Suggested Skills Organization Strategic Thinking Detail-oriented The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $173,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
