Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children, identifying individual challenges and setting measurable goals.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address each child's unique needs and promote optimal recovery.
• Continuously monitor and reassess clinical signs and symptoms, making data-driven modifications to treatment plans as required.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation including electronic SOAP notes and progress reports to track patient development.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and any challenges they might encounter in the recovery process.
• Achieve minimum utilization standards while fulfilling other business objectives as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines to ensure comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple services.

Qualifications
