Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, focusing specifically on orthopedic conditions in patients of all ages.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, patient history, and individual recovery goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes and address emerging needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, including SOAP notes and progress reports, using our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
