Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, leading to the creation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique needs, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress continuously, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards client experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth counseling, as well as those familiar with specific therapeutic techniques for treating anxiety and depression, will be highly regarded. Experience working with diverse populations or specialized groups is considered a plus.
