Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with a diverse clientele, focusing on tailored interventions that meet each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to drive positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals aged 18 and older, with a particular emphasis on supporting diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals facing mental health challenges related to men’s health. As a social worker within a school setting, you will often interact with clients who are navigating various life challenges, empowering them to overcome obstacles through mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and over.

Compensation and Benefits\n
