AI Transformation Manager

Role Description

The Group AI Transformation Manager is the primary driver of AI adoption across a Group of 3–7 businesses. Reporting to the Group Leader and in close partnership with the Modaxo AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), this role translates enterprise AI strategy into practical, commercially-relevant action at the BU level. This is fundamentally a change, commercial and capability role, not a technical one. The AI Transformation Manager does not build AI solutions; they create the conditions and accelerate the pace in which AI solutions are adopted, embedded, and scaled within our business units.

Qualifications

• Commercial instinct and change management skill
• Experience in consulting, transformation, or senior business partnering backgrounds
• Demonstrable track record of leading or driving adoption of significant change programs
• Experience working across multiple business units or functions simultaneously
• Background in management consulting, business transformation, change management, or digital program leadership
• Experience of coaching, influencing, and enabling others
• Exposure to AI tools, workflows, or adoption in a professional context

Requirements

• Develop and maintain an AI transformation roadmap for the group
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across the group's BUs
• Translate market intelligence and CoE updates into specific commercial opportunities
• Lead regular AI opportunity reviews with Group Leader and BU leaders
• Act as the primary implementation partner for BUs deploying AI tools
• Diagnose and actively remove adoption barriers
• Lead the scoping, design, and monitoring of AI pilots
• Serve as the day-to-day operational partner to AI Champions
• Support AI Champions in running BU-level awareness and engagement activities
• Build trusted relationships with BU leaders across the group
• Manage the human side of AI change within the group
• Own the group's AI adoption scorecard
• Provide regular reporting to the Group Leader and CoE

Benefits

• Compensation Range: $150,000 - $200,000 + Bonus
