Key Responsibilities\n

Your duties will encompass a variety of psychosocial support techniques and clinical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Coordinating with external community organizations to facilitate post-discharge services and ensure a seamless transition into outpatient care.

• Delivering education and emotional support to patients and their families on treatment options and available resources.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaboratively optimize treatment strategies.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to legal requirements and organizational policies.

• Engaging in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support to patients experiencing acute distress during the detoxification process.
