Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments through video sessions to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans incorporating their goals. \n Facilitate individual therapy sessions and structured group therapy workshops, employing evidence-based practices tailored to various mental health disorders. \n Maintain open communication with other healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists and case managers—ensuring integrated support and continuity of care for clients. \n Educate and support clients' families in understanding mental health challenges, encouraging their involvement throughout the recovery process. \n Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and confidentially, adhering to all relevant regulatory and ethical standards. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will impact a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to seniors, each facing unique mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various substance use issues. The telehealth format allows us to reach underserved populations, overcoming traditional barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n A current and valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor. \n A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a strong track record in client engagement and treatment plan development. \n A comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders. \n Exceptional therapeutic skills, with an ability to build rapport and motivate clients through their recovery journey. \n Strong communication and collaboration abilities, essential for effectively interacting with clients and multidisciplinary team members. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Trained in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing (MI). \n Experience working with teletherapy platforms and familiarity with telehealth regulations. \n Proficiency in cultural competence, with experience serving clients from various backgrounds and identities. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
