Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients in individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that enable clients to tackle dependencies and adjust to life changes effectively.

• Develop and maintain client treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments, including interviews and diagnostic tests, ensuring confidentiality and documentation compliance throughout the process.

• Utilize established therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients in enhancing their self-awareness and coping strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
