This full-time role, based in Orangeburg, New York, allows you to work from the convenience of your home, serving patients through a telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools, such as the DSM-5, to develop personalized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and specific needs.

• Provide ongoing evaluation of patients' progress, adjusting interventions and therapeutic strategies as needed to enhance the effectiveness of mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, while fully utilizing the telehealth systems in place.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other health care providers to create holistic treatment plans focusing on desired outcomes and comprehensive care.

• Proactively address patient safety and symptom management, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Develop referral networks and assist patients in navigating treatment options, building relationships with other clinicians and agencies to facilitate patient care.

• Provide education and mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing their understanding of mental health care practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with a valid state license for Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills to support patients effectively across different stages of life, accounting for cultural patterns and development considerations in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
