Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with established treatment goals to enhance clients’ overall well-being.

• Participate in regular care team huddles, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to address patients' psychosocial issues during their medical appointments.

• Triage and prioritize urgent and routine referrals from medical providers, ensuring timely access to mental health care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting progress and any changes made to treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
