Work Environment\n

The role of Mental Health Therapist operates remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while remaining connected to a supportive outpatient office community. Employees work within a collaborative online framework to ensure high-quality care delivery, and maintain constant communication with fellow team members to enhance treatment outcomes. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional schedule adjustments based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess client histories and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and foster resilience in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on trauma processing and coping skills enhancement.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and health professionals to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at our center, you will primarily work with individuals who are survivors of trauma, including those experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Understanding the nuanced needs of trauma survivors is essential as you create a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment, empowering clients to share their stories and pursue their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in a field such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually.
