Marketing Director

Owning and driving the full marketing function, the full-time remote Director, Marketing will manage demand generation, brand positioning, product marketing, and revenue impact while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities Lead the demand generation engine across various channels, setting pipeline targets and reporting on marketing's revenue contribution Oversee brand positioning and messaging for diverse audiences, including fintech founders and bank executives Manage product launches and marketing strategies, ensuring effective communication and performance tracking post-launch Required qualifications 8 to 12 years of B2B marketing experience, with 2 to 3 years in a leadership role managing full-funnel marketing Strong familiarity with the embedded finance or banking-as-a-service sectors Proven track record of achieving marketing pipeline and revenue goals through data-driven strategies Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to convey complex subjects to varied audiences Experience in leading cross-functional product launches with effective timeline and stakeholder management
